About the Association
The Gentry-Waipio Industrial Area Association is charged with the duties, obligations, and responsibilities set forth in its Declaration, Charter, and By-Laws for the Gentry-Waipio Industrial Area. Since 1982, the Association has been the shared voice of the property owners in the area, and has helped maintain the common vision of our neighborhood as an attractive area to conduct business. The Association manages a consistent image for individual properties and common areas within the area, compliance with CC&R’s, and an annual budget.
